At Joelson, everyone is encouraged to get involved in our employee-led committees, providing opportunities to contribute to initiatives that shape our culture, support our communities, and drive positive change.
DE&I Committee
Our DE&I Committee is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported. Through a range of initiatives, including African drumming workshops, feminist and wellbeing book clubs, awareness events, and educational discussions, the committee helps foster a culture that celebrates diversity, encourages meaningful conversations, and promotes equal opportunities for all.
Social Committee
Our Social Committee helps bring colleagues together through a range of events and activities throughout the year. From firm-wide celebrations to informal team gatherings, the committee plays a key role in fostering connection, collaboration, and a strong sense of community across the firm.
Pro Bono Committee
Our Pro Bono Committee is committed to increasing access to justice by supporting a range of pro bono initiatives and community-focused legal work. In partnership with LawWorks, the committee encourages colleagues to use their legal skills to make a positive impact, support those who may not otherwise be able to access legal advice, and contribute to meaningful causes beyond the firm.
Charity Committee
Our Charity Committee supports the firm’s fundraising and community initiatives, helping to make a positive impact beyond the workplace. Through our partnerships with City Harvest and Rebel Restoration, the committee encourages colleagues to give back, support causes that matter to them, and make a meaningful difference in the communities around us.

Run Club
Our weekly Run Club gives colleagues the opportunity to stay active and connect outside of work, with regular runs around the beautiful Regent’s Park, located less than a five-minute walk from our office.

Our football team brings colleagues together through regular matches and social events, providing a great opportunity to stay active, build connections, and enjoy some friendly competition.
